Meet the baker
What started as a hobby soon flourished into a passion. In 2020, Haylie B's was selected as one of the first businesses to open at the Batavia Boardwalk Shops (an incubator program designed to help small businesses grow and evolve). Once the boardwalk season came to an end, I took the leap and signed a lease in 2021 for my very own brick and mortar location located in downtown Batavia. For five years, I served the beautiful community around me, partaking in many wonderful milestones and events. In 2026, I made the difficult decision to close down shop and revert back to cottage baking, where it all started.
